 All team and player registration will be done on-line
 

• Each player must complete the on-line registration to be eligible for participation in the 4 on 4 Season
• (No players permitted on the ice without online registration confirmation)

• Team captains will need to e-mail/text the team code to all of the players on your roster. 
• As a captain - You will also be required to register under "Player Registration" to be added to your own team roster
  
  Player Registration Notes
• All fields are required to be filled out by the registering player (all new and returning players will need to register for this season)
• Players must check and agree to player waiver
• Players may then register under the "Individual Registration" Section
• Players will automatically be added to your team once they register.

• Captain Notes
  Step One  –  As a team rep you are required to register under "Team Registration" link listed below
  Step Two – In the team registration area – fill all required team and captain information
  Step Three – After Goalline sends team code to captain
   
• You will receive a confirmation e-mail with a team code

1. Games will be played 4 on 4
2. There are two, 23 minute periods with a 4 minute warm up.  Last 2 minutes of the game will be stop time if within 2 goals.  Goalies stay in the same goal for the entire game. 
3. We use a “play on” style when goaltenders freeze the puck.  The offensive team backs up to the ringette line and the goalie plays the puck behind the net for a breakout.  The referees know the rules and are very vocal telling the players what to do.  Less face-offs means more actual hockey played.
4. Intentional or scoring chance penalties will result in a live penalty shot from the blue line with back checkers starting at the defensive blue line allowing the game to continue.  Accidental penalties will result in loss of possession and subject player has to change.  There will be no outnumbered situations on penalties (power plays) as it disrupts the flow.  Players who take 3 penalties will be sent off.  Play hard, but play smart.
5. NO Body Checking! Pinning or pinching off is fine, it’s very important to get your workout in the following day without being injured from a hit the night before.
6. High sticking with blood is a penalty shot with an automatic game expulsion
    
7. Any Fighting is an automatic league expulsion
    
8. Players must play a minimum of 3 regular season games to participate in the playoffs, excluding 1 player who can be placed on the IR which must play in at least one regular season game, and must be declared at the beginning of the season. 
9. If a team dresses a player who has already played for another team, that team will forfeit that game. This rule is waved in terms of a goalie, but for a goalie to play for a team in playoffs he must play a minimum of one regular season game for that team, and his most games played must be with that team. In playoffs, if no goalie is available from the roster, teams can pick up a goalie from a previous eliminated team with league approval.
    
10. All other rules are the same as CHA

• Regular Season: 7 weeks, ranging from May 25th  until July 4th. Each team will play every team once in the regular season.
• Playoffs: Playoffs will consist of 3 weeks, spanning from July 11^th to July 25th. For playoffs teams will be separated into two divisions. Division A will be composed of the 1^st, 4^th, 5^th, and 8^th place teams. Division B will consist of the 2^nd, 3^rd, 6^th, and 7^th place teams. In playoffs, each team will play each team in their pool once.
• For the Championship the 1^st place team from Division A will play the 1st  place team from Division B. All other teams will play 2nd vs. 2nd, 3rd vs 3rd and 4th vs 4th. Link to Schedule
• The finals will be played on Thursday August 1, 2024
